Bridging the gap between innovation and business
B4C organises numerous events around the bioeconomy to facilitate technological cooperation and business meetings.
Our objective: to help project leaders meet the challenges of innovation, identify new sources of profit and optimise value chains.
Our events take place in different formats, face-to-face or remotely, in order to meet everyone’s expectations. Thanks to B4C, develop your business by expanding your network!

Face-to-face events
Congresses, symposia, conferences
These large-scale events, organised in France or internationally by B4C, combine conferences, exhibition areas, business meetings and sometimes site visits.
Open to French and international B4C members and non-members
Format: 2-3 days
Frequency: 1 or 2 times a year
Community plenary sessions
Each B4C community meets to review progress on work in progress, co-construct the action plan and develop the link between them. The programme includes a debriefing, workshop/visit and sharing.
For B4C members only
Format: half day or full day
Frequency: minimum 1 session per year per community
Thematic cluster meetings
Under the “exchange and action” format, series of meetings led by a member bring together members around a strong theme of interest to one or more communities. The deliverables are concrete (a database, a study, recommendations, etc.) and unite members around a specific action for a limited time.

Format: up to 4 hours depending on the need
Frequency: according to the community’s action plan
Tech days
These conferences aim to exchange ideas on a targeted theme. The programme is structured with or without business meetings, with or without a site visit.
Open to French B4C members and non-members
Format: 1 day
Frequency: about 8 per year
Training
Facilitated by a B4C member who is an expert on the proposed subject, the training sessions are workshops designed to train or initiate members on a specific topic.
Format: 1 or 2 days
Frequency: 1 session per year

E-Tech days
These thematic videoconferences, held by our specialists, are the e-versions of Tech days. With or without business meetings.

Keep in Touch
Thematic webinars that can bring together 3/4 members on a common topic to present their expertise, or to share cross-cutting topics related to innovation (R&D project engineering, CIR, etc.).
